We at Addble Solutions Private Limited (“Company” or “Addble” or “We” or “Us” or “Our”) respect the privacy of any information provided to us by you through the Platform and therefore we take the privacy measures securing your information seriously. Please read this document carefully so as to understand and learn more about our Privacy Policy.

By visiting or using our Platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you accept the practices and policies outlined in this Privacy Policy and you hereby consent that we can collect, use, store, and share your information in the following manner. 

ANY CAPITALIZED TERMS USED HEREIN WITHOUT DEFINITION SHALL HAVE THE MEANING GIVEN TO THEM IN TERMS OF SERVICE.

 

WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

  1. Information provided by you:

We receive, collect and store any information provided by you knowingly or unknowingly by the use of the Platform. We collect information like your name, email address, contact number, password, phone number, birthday, gender, address and etc. Further, we may collect data regarding the business from you which shall be included for various activities.

Additional information may be collected from you including but not limited to the GST registration number, tax information, and geo-location or any other information related to you. You may choose not to provide us certain information but in that case you will not be able to register with us or use the Platform provided by us in any form or manner.

By the virtue of using the Platform or Services You will be providing information to us. This information is collected and processed by us in order to provide all the features of the Platform and Services, such information is collected and processed so that you may be able to have an uninterrupted and harmonised experience and use of the Platform and the Services.

You may choose not to provide us with certain information but in that case you will not be able to register with us or use the Platform in any form or manner provided by us.

    When you interact with the Platform, we strive to make your experience easy and meaningful. We may use cookies, web beacons (clear GIFs, web bugs) and similar technologies to track site visitor activity and collect data. We may combine this data with the information provided by you on the Platform for our internal purposes.

    1. Cookies - We may use cookies to track your activity on the Platform. A cookie is a text file that the Platform transfers to your hard drive for record-keeping purposes. Our cookies assign a random, unique number to each user. They do not contain information that would personally identify the user, although we can associate a cookie with any information that is or has been provided by a user while visiting or using the Platform. We may use cookies that remain on the Platform for a specified period of time or until they are deleted (persistent cookies). We may also use cookies that exist only temporarily during an online session (session cookies). These cookies allow you to log in to your account and they allow us to identify you temporarily as you move through the Platform.
    2. Web Beacons - Web beacons are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies that are used to track the online movements of the users. In contrast to cookies, which are stored on your hard drive, web beacons are embedded invisibly on our interface and may not be disabled or controlled through your phone/computer devices.

    We are continually striving to improve our Services. Being able to identify how you are using our Services plays a big part in helping us to make our software better. We may use information about you for purposes such as:

    • Sending you marketing, advertising, educational content and promotional messages and other information that may be of interest to you, including information about us, our Services, or general promotions for business partner campaigns and services. You can unsubscribe or opt-out from receiving these communications described below.
    • To administer referral programs, rewards, surveys, sweepstakes, contests, or other promotional activities or events sponsored or managed by us or our business partners.
    • In the case of retail stores, to share the name of the retail store with potential customers to encourage them to use our Services
    • Measuring, customising and improving the Services and developing new products
    • Sending to you service, support and administrative messages, reminders, technical notices, updates, security alerts and information requested by you
    • Investigating and preventing fraudulent transactions, unauthorised access to Services, and other illegal activities

 

WILL WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION?

We may share the information with third party for improving the Platform and the user experience of our Services and the Platform. You hereby by continuing to use our Services and the Platform hereby consent to sharing of your information with a third party by the Company.

Sharing the information with other users:

We may share some details regarding the PII and other data collected from you, for example, your name, with other users who have subscribed to our services for enhancing user experience. We may also share business related information not linked to any personal identification with our other users such as manufacturers, retailers, suppliers for providing services efficiently.

Employees /Agents of Addble: 

We follow a strict confidentiality policy with regard to disclosure of confidential information to our employees or other personnel. There may be situations, where we may disclose the confidential information only to those of our employees and other personnel on a need to know basis and who agree to abide by the confidentiality obligations. Any breach of confidential information by the employees, personnel within Addble is taken stringently by us.

Protection of Company and others: 

We reserve the right to access, read, preserve, and disclose any information that we reasonably believe is necessary to comply with law or court order; enforce or protect the rights, property, or safety of Company, our employees, our users, or others.

With your Consent: 

Except as set forth above, you will be notified when your information may be shared with third parties in personally identifiable form, and will be able to prevent the sharing of this information.

 

WHAT CHOICES DO I HAVE?

You can always opt not to disclose information to use, but keep in mind some information may be needed to register with us or to take advantage of some features on the Platform.

You may be able to add, update, or delete information as explained above. When you update information, however, we may maintain a copy of the unrevised information in our records. You may request deletion of your account by emailing us at connect@addble.com. We will delete all of the information in your profile; however, please note that some information may remain in our records after your deletion of such information from your account. We may also keep a copy of any such information for legal archival purposes. We may use any aggregated data derived from or incorporating your information after you update or delete it, but not in a manner that would identify you personally.

 

HOW DO WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION?

We have complied with reasonable security practices and procedures, and have a comprehensive information security programme and information security policy that shall contain managerial, technical, operational and physical security control. The measures we undertake may include, where appropriate, the use of firewalls, secure server facilities, implementing proper access rights management systems and processes, careful selection of processors, standard authentication and encryption policies for our servers and other technically and commercially reasonable measures. However, we cannot guarantee in any way with respect to any information that you upload transmit, share or display through the Platform and you do so at your own risk.

All information and data exchange that occurs through the provision of our Services and the Platform is through a HTTPS protocol. Further the Company stores any and all data on its servers in an encrypted form.

GRIEVANCE OFFICER

We have appointed a grievance officer who shall address any discrepancies and grievances of the provider of the data with respect to processing of information in a time-bound manner.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes in the way we use your information, we will notify you (for example, by email or a sign-in notification or some other means). By continuing to use the Platform after those changes become effective, you are agreeing to be bound by the revised Privacy Policy; if you do not agree to the change, simply don’t use the  Platform after the change is effective.
